Do you require a deposit?

For small / standard orders, no deposit is accepted — full payment is required upfront and production begins only after payment is received. For bulk or recurring orders, payment terms can be discussed and agreed in writing.

Do you offer refunds?

No. All EMO orders are custom-made and strictly non-refundable. If there is a genuine manufacturing defect, we will remake the affected items free of charge after verification.

Can I see a sample first?
