Terms of Service

1. Agreement

By placing an order with EMO (operated by THEBRG Enterprise, 003120480-W), you agree to these terms.

2. Orders & Quotations

All quotations are valid for 30 days. Orders are confirmed only after design approval and payment of the agreed deposit.

3. Minimum Order Quantities

Custom Badges: 50 pieces minimum. Name Tags: 1 piece minimum.

4. Lead Times

Name Tags: 1–2 weeks. Custom Badges: 2–4 weeks. Lead times begin after design approval and depend on quantity and destination.

5. Intellectual Property

You confirm you own or have rights to all artwork submitted. EMO retains the right to display non-confidential finished work in our portfolio unless requested otherwise in writing.

6. Liability

EMO's liability is limited to the value of the order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia.
