Refund & Payment Policy

In short

  • No refunds. Every EMO order is custom-made and non-refundable.
  • No deposit for small orders — full payment is required before production starts.
  • Bulk orders — payment terms are discussed and agreed per project.

1. No refund policy

Because every badge, pin and name tag is custom-produced to your approved artwork and specifications, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds for change of mind, change of design, ordering the wrong quantity, or delays caused by courier or customs once the order has shipped.

2. Payment terms — small orders

For standard and small-quantity orders, no deposit is accepted. Full payment is required upfront, and production will only begin once payment has been received and cleared. This keeps our turnaround predictable and our pricing as low as possible.

3. Payment terms — bulk orders

For large or recurring orders, payment structures (e.g. 50% deposit / 50% on delivery, or net terms for verified institutional accounts) can be discussed and agreed in writing before production. Please contact us to arrange.

4. Manufacturing defects

If your order arrives with a genuine manufacturing defect or differs materially from the approved digital proof, contact us within 7 days of receipt with clear photographs. Where the defect is verified, we will remake the affected items free of charge. Refunds are not provided.

5. Shipping, duties & damage in transit

Once handed to the courier, transit time and customs handling are outside our control. Import duties and taxes are borne by the recipient. For shipments lost or damaged in transit, we will assist with the courier claim and re-produce the items at cost where appropriate.

6. Approval = authorisation

Your written or messaged approval of the digital proof (email or WhatsApp) constitutes authorisation to proceed with production exactly as shown. Please review proofs carefully before approving — spelling, colour, plating and backing cannot be changed once production has started.
